A: You can update your preferred email address in your profile. This email will be used for all communications and login purposes. If you need assistance updating your preferred email, please reach out to us at help@modernhealth.com.
Q: Why is my preferred email important?
A: Your preferred email is important because it may be attached to your account and is used for logging in. It is also shared with providers on your Care Team for communication. Please note that updating your email address from your work email to your personal email does not affect your benefit. We can confirm that you still have Modern Health access through your employer.
