During account registration, we prompt you to complete your member profile. This information helps us find you the best match for a therapist or coach. Suppose your information or needs change. In that case, you can update your Profile Details via Settings (under Your Account) in the mobile app or from the Profile dropdown menu in the web app.
Please note: your language preference and general availability will impact the provider options you receive.

How to Change Your Password
You can change your password from the Profile Details section via Settings (under Your Account) in the mobile app or from the Profile dropdown menu in the web app. You can also reset your password using this link here. If you decide to change your password, please ensure you're using one of the following approved special characters:

I requested a password reset but didn't receive an email. What do I do?
If you haven't received a password reset email, please ensure you're using the preferred email associated with your account. If you're using your preferred email and still haven't received a password reset email, please reach out to our Care Team here for further assistance.
