Incorrect Information: If you are seeing, “Please use the credentials your company has on file,” double-check that you are entering the correct information per your eligibility file.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you need to reset your password, follow this link to reset it. If you have not received an email to reset your password, we encourage you to try resetting your password with a secondary email. For instance, if you tried resetting your password with your work email, try resetting it with your personal email as it is possible you updated your preferred email upon registering your account. You can also check your spam folder as it may be sent there sometimes. If it is located in there, we encourage you to move it to your inbox to prevent future emails from being sent there.
