You can view how many coaching and therapy sessions you have under the For You page of your web or mobile app. Please note coaching and therapy sessions are unique and not interchangeable and unused sessions do not roll over into the next benefit year cycle. Scheduling a session will also deduct from your allotted session count momentarily. If you run out of sessions, you can read more about continued care or contact support.
Q: Can I convert my coaching sessions into therapy sessions or vice-versa?
A: Coaching sessions and therapy sessions are unique and not interchangeable with each other. If you have run out of your session allotment, clarify with your Benefits Team your continuity of care policy and you can review next steps here.
Q: Can my unused sessions roll over into the next benefit cycle?
A: Unused sessions do not roll over into the next benefit year cycle. We work hard to ensure your employer's reset date is visible throughout the web app or mobile app (iOS / Android) to ensure you're in the loop regarding your care benefit.
Q: Why was a session deducted from my account after I scheduled a session with my provider?
A: Please note that scheduling a session will deduct from your allotted session count for the time being. Example: You have 6 therapy sessions and after you scheduled one session for a week out, you now have 5 therapy sessions left. The scheduled session will affect your total count, but rest assured once you complete your session, your session count will remain the same.
