Your employer determines the scope of services you are eligible for and can access. You will have a set amount of therapy sessions, coaching sessions, or both for your use.
You can find the number of sessions remaining, your employer's current benefit cycle end date, and all your past and upcoming sessions by visiting the For You section of our homepage via the Modern Health mobile app (iOS app or Android app) or web app. It is important to note that upcoming scheduled sessions will pre-deduct credits from your total allotment before a session is completed.
Any unused sessions cannot be rolled over to the next cycle. Additionally, any sessions scheduled for a date after your company’s renewal date will count towards the next benefit cycle. If your benefit renews, you will receive a new allotment of sessions. However, keep in mind that this is subject to change based on your Benefits Team's discretion. As a gentle reminder, every employer’s benefit reset date is unique and up to the discretion of your company so if you have specific questions regarding your reset date, we encourage you to contact your employer’s Benefits Team directly.
