Overview
Your employer determines the number of therapy and coaching sessions you are eligible for. You can check your remaining sessions and benefit cycle end date via the Modern Health web or mobile app. Please note that each employer has a unique benefit cycle end date. Unused sessions do not roll over, and sessions scheduled for a date after the renewal date count towards the next cycle.
Remaining Sessions and Reset Date
You can find the number of sessions remaining and your employer's current benefit cycle end date by visiting the Care page via the Modern Health web or mobile app (iOS / Android).
Any unused sessions cannot be rolled over to the next cycle. Additionally, any sessions scheduled for a date after your company's renewal date will count towards the next benefit cycle. If your benefit renews, you will receive a new allotment of sessions. However, keep in mind that this is subject to change based on your Benefits Team's discretion. As a gentle reminder, every employer's benefit reset date is unique and up to the discretion of your company so if you have specific questions regarding your reset date, we encourage you to contact your employer's Benefits Team directly.
Note: Upcoming scheduled sessions will pre-deduct credits from your total allotment before a session is completed.
