Overview
You are able to manage or unsubscribe from Modern Health communications in your mobile and web app. However, you cannot unsubscribe from essential account-related notifications and emails, such as upcoming sessions, password resets, or other confirmation-type emails or messaging reminders.
How to Manage Communications
You can manage your email notifications via the Modern Health web app. You can manage both your email and push notifications via the mobile app (iOS / Android) by following the steps below.
Web App (Email Notifications)
- Log in and select your Name at the top right-hand corner.
- Click Notifications.
- Select the emails you want to unsubscribe from on the dashboard and click Save preferences.
Mobile App (Email and Push Notifications)
- Log in and select Settings from your homepage on the bottom right-hand corner.
- Under Notifications, you may select Push notifications or Email notifications.
- Manage your push or email notifications by toggling them off and on.
Note: You cannot unsubscribe from essential account-related notifications and emails, such as upcoming sessions, password resets, or other confirmation-type emails or messaging reminders. If you would like to delete your Modern Health account, please reference this article.
