After you have successfully registered your account, you are ready to log in via the web or mobile app (iOS / Android) with your email on file! If you’re having trouble logging in to your account, please try logging in with your work email and/or personal email address to see if you have success.
Why? When you register for your Modern Health benefit, you are given the option to update your preferred email. Once you update your preferred email address, that email is attached to your account and it’s the email you will have to log in with. Please keep in mind that your preferred email is shared with providers on your Care Team and is used for communication outside of the app.
