Log In Assistance

Overview

You must use your preferred email that is on file to successfully log in. If log in issues arise, we recommend for you to try both work and personal emails or reset your password.

Logging In

After you have successfully registered your account, you are ready to log in via the web or mobile app (iOS / Android) with your email on file! If you’re having trouble logging in to your account, please try logging in with your work email and/or personal email address to see if you have success.

Why? When you register for your Modern Health benefit, you are given the option to update your preferred email. Once you update your preferred email address, that email is attached to your account and it’s the email you will have to log in with. Please keep in mind that your preferred email is shared with providers on your Care Team and is used for communication outside of the app.

  1. Once on our homepage, select the option to Log in.Component 1.png

Mobile App

  1. Once on our homepage, select the option to Log in.

Face ID

During the registration and log in process, you can now enable Face ID only on your mobile app to make accessing your account more convenient for you. Below you can find how to enable or disable Face ID when registering or, if you already have an existing account, logging back in to your account.
