How Can I Delete My Data?

By requesting a data deletion, you are confirming that you would like to delete your account, including your data storage. Please note, by deleting your account you won’t be able to reset your password and access your account moving forward.
If you choose to discontinue our services and want to request a data deletion, you can follow these steps via the mobile app:
- Select Settings on the bottom right side of the home screen.
- Under Your Account, select Delete Account.
- Confirm that you want your account deleted by selecting the Red button
If you do not have the iOS app or Android app, please contact us at help@joinmodernhealth.com. After you provide your consent to delete your information, we will reach back out when the process is complete.
How Can I Unsubscribe from Modern Health Notifications?
You can subscribe and unsubscribe to push notifications on the mobile app under Settings > Notifications. If you'd like to unsubscribe from marketing and product emails, you can do this at the bottom of each Modern Health email. Please note you cannot unsubscribe from emails such as assessment or Messaging reminders since they are considered essential messaging.
