How Can I Delete My Data?

If you choose to discontinue with our services and want to request a data deletion, please contact us at help@joinmodernhealth.com. By requesting for a data deletion, you are confirming that you would like to delete your account along with your data storage. Please note, by deleting your account you won’t be able to reset your password and access your account moving forward.
How Can I Unsubscribe from Modern Health Notifications?
You can subscribe and unsubscribe to push notifications on the mobile app under Settings > Notifications. If you'd like to unsubscribe from marketing and product emails, you can do this at the bottom of each Modern Health email. Please note you cannot unsubscribe from emails such as assessment or Chat reminders since they are considered essential messaging.
