Overview
You can update your preferred email via our web or mobile app (iOS / Android). Please note that your preferred email is shared with providers on your Care Team and it may be used for communication outside of the app.
Updating Your Preferred Email
You can update your preferred email via the Modern Health web or mobile app (iOS / Android) by following the below steps:
Web App:
- Select your name at the top right-hand corner, then click into Settings.
- Click Edit under the Email section to update your preferred email.
- Make sure your preferred email has been completely saved by pressing Save.
Mobile App:
- Select Settings on the top right side of the home screen.
- Tap Profile Details, then Account Details.
- Under Login & Contact Email, update your preferred email.
- Finally, tap Change Email to save your preferred email.
How to Troubleshoot if You're Unable to Update Your Email
If you run into issues updating your preferred email, please restart your app and double-check that you have the latest version. We recommend having these steps completed (plus documenting screenshots of what you are seeing) before reaching out to help@modernhealth.com to ensure we have all the necessary information to help troubleshoot further.
