Overview
When you attempt to access Modern Health, you may need to register first or log in. You would use your company-provided credentials to register. If you encounter issues, please verify your eligibility. If you see "email already taken" when creating an account, you are likely already registered and should log in with your existing email. For password resets, use the provided link. You may contact Modern Health support for further assistance.
Registration
“I tried to sign up using my email and it says: Please use the credentials your company has on file. Any suggestions?”
Once you are eligible for Modern Health, you may register and log in to your Modern Health account via the web or mobile app (iOS / Android). The credentials on your eligibility file are typically your first and last name, company email address, DOB, and company code (your company’s name). If you are unable to register your account, we suggest checking if you are eligible for Modern Health. You can find more information here.
Log In
“When I try to create a new account, it says that this email is already taken.”
If you are attempting to log in to your account and you see “this email is already taken,” it is likely that you have already registered your Modern Health account! You may proceed to log in to your account with the email we have on file then reset your password using this link here. As a friendly note, we encourage you to try to log in with your company email or personal email as some members update their preferred email when they are onboarding with us.
