“I tried to sign up using my email and it says: Please use the credentials your company has on file. Any suggestions?”
Once you are eligible for Modern Health, you may register and log in to your Modern Health account via the web or mobile app (iOS / Android). The credentials on your eligibility file are typically your first and last name, company email address, DOB, and company code (your company’s name). If you are unable to register your account, we suggest checking if you are eligible for Modern Health. You can find more information here.
“When I try to create a new account, it says that this email is already taken.”
If you are attempting to log in to your account and you see “this email is already taken,” it is likely that you have already registered your Modern Health account! You may proceed to log in to your account with the email we have on file then reset your password using this link here. As a friendly note, we encourage you to try to log in with your company email or personal email as some members update their preferred email when they are onboarding with us.
