Overview
Active employees of an organization offering Modern Health services can register for an account. Registration issues may arise if you have recently changed your name or employment status, if your employer does not offer Modern Health, or if you are not on the eligible employee list. You should contact your Benefits Team to resolve eligibility issues.
Troubleshooting Registration Issues
Typically, as long as you are an active employee or student of your organization, you will have access to the Modern Heath platform. After an employer launches Modern Health, a welcome email is sent to employees to inform them of our Modern Health services and invite them to register. An employer determines a member's eligibility status. For dependent eligibility, please see our Dependents article.
If you are unable to register, here are a few reasons why you may not be eligible for a Modern Health account:
- You recently updated your name or changed your employment status.
- Your employer or organization does not offer Modern Health services.
- You are no longer with your employer or organization.
If you are facing registration issues, it is possible you were not included on your employer's most recent eligible employee list. In that case, you will not be able to register for a Modern Health account. To be included on the eligible employee list, we kindly ask that you reach out to your benefits team to ensure they correctly add you. Once added to the eligible employee list, you will be able to register for your Modern Health account.
