Suppose you decide to change your preferred email to your personal email or experience trouble using SSO to access the Modern Health app. In that case, you can access the Modern Health app alternatively by using the email and password login method.
You can change your password from the Profile Details section via Settings (under Your Account) in the mobile app or from the Profile dropdown menu in the web app. You can also reset your password using this link here. If you decide to change your password, please ensure you're using one of the following approved special characters:
I requested a password reset but didn't receive an email. What do I do?
Once you reset your password, you can use your email on file and your newly created password to log into the Modern Health app. If you do not receive the password reset email, please reach out to email@example.com, and our team can share a unique token with you.
