Match With a Mental Health Coach
We currently have several hundred Mental Health Coaches in our network who are ICF-certified, complete an additional intensive program of training in evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and conduct ongoing consultation with a coach and therapist. Our Mental Health Coaches are highly beneficial to our members for many reasons.
Mental Health coaches generally focus on supporting our members on a wide range of mental health related issues such as stress, anxiety, lifestyle changes, relationships, etc. They work with members in a practical way on day-to-day mental health challenges that affect members’ personal lives and relationships.
