Modern Health uses a proprietary care matching algorithm to connect you with appropriate providers based on your well-being assessment, focus areas, and personal preferences such as language and availability. You can modify your criteria using the filters or submit a request to our Care Team to find a provider that best meets your needs.
Match With a Coach
In order to connect with a coach, please select Work with a coach under Your Care Recommendation section on the home page of the Modern Health web or mobile app (iOS / Android). We would like to kindly note that you are not limited to the suggested coaches and may always modify your criteria or request specific options.
After utilizing the 'Preferences' feature in the coach search, if you find that the providers suggested are not what you’re looking for, please let us know! We understand how important it is to work with a provider that you can relate to and understands your experience. Therefore, if you're looking for something in particular, please submit a request at the top right of the browser and share your preferences, such as:
- Gender
- Race
- Nationality
- LGBTQIA+
- Specialty
- Life Experience
