How to Change or Remove a Provider
Mobile App
To change or remove a provider in the mobile app, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Modern Health app.
- From the home screen, tap Your 1:1 Care.
- Select the provider in mind.
- Tap the ellipsis icon next to your chosen provider and, depending on your preference, tap Change provider or Remove from care team.
Web App
To change or remove a provider in the web app, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Modern Health app.
- From the home screen, select Manage Care Team.
- Tap the ellipsis icon next to your chosen provider and, depending on your preference, tap Change provider or Remove from care team.
Important:
If you notice that your therapist(s) are not surfacing on your Care Team in the Modern Health app, one reason may be that you are located in a country where in-app therapy is not currently supported. In this case, while therapy sessions may still be covered by your benefit, your sessions will take place outside of the app using your provider's personal video link. If you are interested in getting matched to a new therapist, please submit a request (at the top right of the browser) that includes what you're looking for in your next provider. From there our Care Team will assist you in finding a suitable match.
