There are minimum technical requirements needed to access the full Modern Health experience via mobile apps or desktop browsers. Additionally, Zoom technologies are used to facilitate sessions between you and your providers.

Unsupported Browsers
To deliver the best possible experience, we support a selective list of modern web browsers. Unsupported browsers may not be able to access Modern Health securely or lack the required features to experience the full Modern Health experience. Therefore, we generally do not invest in bug fixes or enhancements on unsupported browsers.
Accessing Modern Health Video Sessions
We use Zoom technologies to facilitate sessions between you and your Modern Health provider. To ensure that you are able to access the session, please ensure that your system meets Zoom’s system requirements.
