Modern Health is not a crisis resource but can link you to regional crisis resources via its mobile and web applications. For immediate help, access 24/7 crisis information through the app or website. The Member Support Team can assist with app navigation and connecting to non-urgent care providers. For urgent support, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

Modern Health’s Care Team can connect you to care within 48 hours, however, given the rapid response required in high-risk scenarios, this means that we are not an appropriate avenue of crisis support.
