If your employer has opted in, you can access these resources via the “Explore Your Benefits” section located in the Modern Health app or web application.
Explore Your Benefits
In our mission to deliver truly comprehensive care, our team has built the technology to connect Modern Health members back to their broader benefits ecosystem- which we call Benefits Navigation. If your employer opted-in to the benefit navigation add-on, you have access to additional support to utilize all your available benefits. This capability highlights relevant employer-sponsored benefits for members’ needs and preferences throughout their Modern Health experience.
We understand that finding the right resources for your needs and preferences might extend beyond the services offered directly through Modern Health. We want to ensure that our members have access to the health & well-being benefits that employers offer to them that are most pertinent. Benefits Navigation acts as a one-stop shop to access all the tools available to you as you navigate your mental health journey and work towards reaching your mental/behavioral health goals.
You can access these resources by logging into your web or mobile app (iOS / Android) and scroll to the bottom of the homepage, locate Your Well-Being section. You will find Explore your benefits sectioned out by a thin box at the bottom.
