How can I find these resources?
Members can access this resource by following these steps via the iOS or Android app and the website.
Mobile App Version
- Open the Modern Health mobile app.
- Select the Explore icon on the bottom left center of the home screen.

- Login to your Modern Health account.

Programs
Modern Health has digital kits that provide quick tips and tricks to prevent burnout, manage stress, and cope with anxiety or depression based on our evidence-based digital programs. You can use these digital programs for in-the-moment support or to build your own toolkit of techniques to improve your mental well-being.
There is not a limit on the amount of programs you complete. As long as you are an active Modern Health member, you have unlimited access to our curated programs!
