Overview

Modern Health offers a variety of self-guided resources to support your mental health and well-being, including guided meditations and evidence-based Programs. You can access these resources anytime through the Modern Health web or mobile app. These tools are designed to help you manage stress, build healthy habits, improve focus, and prevent burnout—all at your own pace. As long as your membership is active, you have unlimited access to explore and engage with this content.

Meditations

At Modern Health, we believe that the practice of mindfulness and mediation can be an impactful tool for your well-being. Guided meditation is a simple and effective way to support your well-being. Modern Health offers a wide range of meditation activities that you can access at any time. These sessions cover a variety of topics, including:

  • Stress management
  • Work performance
  • Healthy lifestyles
  • Inclusion and belonging

You can choose meditations based on your goals, schedule, or how you’re feeling in the moment.

How can I find these resources?

You can find meditations and Programs in the Explore section of your Modern Health account.

Web App

  1. Log in to your Modern Health account.
  2. Select Explore from the top left of the homepage.
  3. Click on the Read and Learn tile to browse Programs and related resources.

Mobile App (iOS or Android)

  1. Open the Modern Health app.
  2. Tap the Explore icon on the home screen.
  3. Select the Read and Learn tile to browse Programs and related resources.

Programs

Programs are self-guided learning experiences designed to help you build skills and improve your mental well-being over time. They combine evidence-based educational content with practical tools and techniques you can apply in your daily life.

Programs cover topics such as managing stress, reducing burnout, improving resilience, and supporting overall emotional health. They bring together all self-guided content in one place, making it easier to discover, start, and complete resources that support your needs.
