Your employer determines the scope of services you are eligible for and can access. You will have a set amount of therapy sessions, coaching sessions, or both for your use.
You can find the number of sessions remaining, your employer's reset date, and all your past and upcoming sessions by visiting the For You section of our homepage via the Modern Health mobile app (iOS app or Android app) or web app. It is important to note that upcoming scheduled sessions will pre-deduct credits from your total allotment before a session is completed.
