To schedule time with your coach, you'll need to access the scheduling tool on the homepage of your dashboard. Under the section "Schedule a Session'', you'll select "Schedule" to begin the process. Once selecting your provider, you'll be given a selection of available days and then time to choose from. If you find there aren't times that work for you, select another day to check for additional availability. Once you have found the right time slot. Select continue to confirm the appointment. On the confirmation page you'll be offered the option to add this appointment to your calendar. You'll also be provided a link to our cancellation policy.
We recommend adding this to your calendar so you can set a reminder for your appointment. However, we do also send a day of reminder via email for your appointment.
