Your Care Recommendation

Overview

The Your Care Recommendation section in the Modern Health app allows you to manage your Care Team. You can schedule sessions, view provider profiles, and add, change, or remove providers. Access is available via both the mobile and web apps, ensuring flexibility and convenience in managing mental health care.

Your Care Recommendation

The Your Care Recommendation section highlights important actions you can take to engage with your mental health providers at Modern Health. From this section, you can do the following:

• Manage your care team - schedule sessions with providers
• View your provider's unique profile to learn more about their specialties, languages, and location.
• Add, change or remove providers from your care team at your convenience.

Web App

To access the Care Recommendation section in the web app, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Modern Health app.
2. From the home screen, locate Your Care Recommendation.

Mobile App

To access Your Care Recommendation in the mobile app, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Modern Health app.
2. From the home screen, locate Your Care Recommendation.
   
   
    

How to Add a Provider

Depending on your care recommendation and your company's benefit plan, you'll be prompted to work with a coach, mental health coach, or therapist from the Your Care Recommendation section page.

Web App

To add a provider in the web app, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Modern Health app.
2. From the home screen, click on View all care.
   
   
    
3. Click on Work with a mental health coach or Work with a therapist.

Mobile App

To add a provider in the mobile app, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Modern Health app.
2. From the home screen, tap Your Care Recommendation.
   
   
    
3. Tap Work with a coach. If you are looking for other care options, please select Explore more care options. 
   
   

How to Change or Remove a Provider

Web App

To change or remove a provider in the web app, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Modern Health app.
2. From the home screen, select View all care.
   
   
    
3. Depending on your preference, click on the ellipsis icon next to your chosen provider and select Change provider or Remove from care team.

Mobile App

To change or remove a provider in the mobile app, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Modern Health app.
2. From the home screen, tap Your Care Recommendation.
   
   
   
    
3. Select the provider in mind.
4. Depending on your preference, tap the ellipsis icon next to your chosen provider and tap Change provider or Remove from care team.
