Why do we have Modern Health coverage?
Today, the demand for mental health support far outweighs the supply of therapists and coaches who take insurance -- which means that mental health professionals are primarily accessible to only those who can afford to pay out-of-pocket. At Modern Health, we aim to bridge this gap of access to quality mental health professionals.
Your Modern Health coverage is determined by your company's specific plan with us. If you have questions about your number of covered sessions, please reach out to your Benefits Team. Also, if you'd like to explore other options through insurance, we suggest contacting your insurance plan directly and they can provide the appropriate guidance.
What happens if I receive a bill from my Modern Health provider?
Your company fully covers the cost for your Modern Health benefit plan. There are no additional costs for you until you have exhausted your benefit. If you have exhausted your benefit, reach out to our team at help@modernhealth.com to see what your options are.
If you received an invoice from your Modern Health provider and you still have available sessions, make sure to double check with your provider on your remaining session count. Your provider may have done so in error, therefore please have your provider contact our team at provider@modernhealth.com for invoicing assistance.
